3M™ High Performance Gravity HVLP nozzles are designed to provide premium spray performance for coatings such as paints, lacquers and varnishes. The replaceable nozzles are manufactured exclusively for gravity feed applications with 3M™ High Performance Gun Systems and 3M™ PPS™ 2.0 Series 2.0 paint preparation systems, and offer similar to new spray performance at each nozzle change.

Replaceable nozzles are used exclusively with the gravity-fed 3M™ PPS™ 2.0 Series 2.0 paint preparation system, which helps reduce material waste, hassle and contamination compared to traditional metal disposable cups. Forget about disassembling guns and soaking in solvent. Our complete integrated spray system is your key to smarter cleaning. Nozzles attach to the flexible needle hose of the 3M™ high performance gun and are securely attached to the gun with a specially designed locking ring. No additional tools are required for changes. Simply remove the nozzle from the gun and either properly clean the fluid tip or replace it to keep the gun running like new.
